Nothing that comes out from Iran’s repressive and bloodthirsty rulers can be believed, and the Trump regime lies like it breathes; the clownish drunk who runs the Pentagon long ago evicted every reputable national security journalist from the building, while the sewer of social media and an increasing slice of the mainstream press both now are run by billionaires pushing MAGA propaganda.
Given that Congress allegedly has constitutional authority over war and peace, we reached out to Rep. Salud Carbajal for insight on this huge breaking news story. Beyond a brief talking point statement he issued, we were told, Carbajal is unavailable to discuss the matter in depth for several days, as he prepares to head back to Washington, presumably to be apprised in full of the Democratic Party line. Sigh.
